Murali Vitality Organic Ashwagandha is a single-ingredient root powder in a resealable 50g kraft pouch. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is one of the best-known adaptogens — herbs used to help the body cope with day-to-day stress — and is also taken as part of a routine for general immune support.
There is nothing else in the pouch: no fillers, flavours or sweeteners. The powder has a characteristic earthy, slightly bitter taste, which is why many people mix it into warm milk or a spiced drink rather than plain water.
How to use
Mix ½ teaspoon into warm water or milk daily. Start with less if you are new to the taste. Do not exceed the suggested amount unless a practitioner advises otherwise.
