Murali Vitality Organic Turmeric is ground Curcuma longa root — the same spice used in cooking, packed as a daily 50g pouch. Turmeric is taken for antioxidant support and as part of routines aimed at everyday inflammatory balance. It also makes a simple golden milk.
The powder is bright and staining (it will mark cloth and some benches). Many people take it with a pinch of black pepper and a little fat, which is how it has long been used in food. This pouch is turmeric only; add pepper at home if you wish.
How to use
Mix ½ teaspoon into warm milk, water or food daily. Optional: add a pinch of black pepper. Do not exceed the suggested amount unless a practitioner advises otherwise.
